My Actifit Report Card: December 14 2021
Today my logged activity is low but I really need a fitbit as most of my activity was without carrying my phone.
Today I worked out legs with some compound exercises. By warming up properly I've found I can lift heavier than when I do a rushed warm up.
4x 8-rep sets squat with 100kg. So far my PB and I haven't attempted a 1 Max Rep (1MR) yet.
4x 12-rep sets Bench lunges with body weight only. My strengths are explosive workouts and I need to do more of these single leg workouts as it exposes my weaker left leg. I'm only using body weight (105kg) and it would be nice to be confident with some dumbbells in hand.
A progress shot to keep me accountable.
Ive meal prepped my lunch which keeps my diet tight during the day. This post has motivated me to avoid the late night snacks for the second night in a row.
