My Actifit Report Card: January 2 2022
Today after work I was exhausted but had to get some weights done so did some clean and jerks at home.
Kettle Bell swings helps with abs, shoulders, pecs, glutes, quads, hips, hamstrings, and lats.
Keeping my diet game strong. As they say, diet is about 80% of keeping fit.
