G'day Hive. Today was an absolute scorcher of a day. Beautiful but humid with an afternoon storm mid-run. The day started with us practising our dribbling.

We all went to the Botanical gardens for a picnic.

This was taken as I was mid-run. It was right in the middle of an afternoon shower but the photo didn't do the rain justice.

Delighted with the run especially considering I still had KFC lunch weighing me down. You can see in my last km I was absolutely pushing myself with the best pace of the entire run.

Italian for dinner. Dammit I'm looking forward to the week so I can get my diet game strong again.
