My Actifit Report Card: December 15 2021
G'day Hiveans. Today I planned to run 5km during my lunch break. I decided to weigh myself beforehand and clocked in at 104.6kg.
A 5km run which was pure agony to start off with backing up from my PB squat session yesterday.
I weighed myself straight after the run and had worked up a sweat dropping almost 0.75kg!
Some progress shots. These help me keep accountable and motivates me not to snack.
196bpm max heart rate during the run
I had some cravings for some ice cream during a hot summers evening. This and some sparkling water did the trick and stopped my cravings.
