My Actifit Report Card: December 16 2021
G'day Hiveans. Today I had a rest day after a day of PB squats two days ago and a 5km run yesterday. DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) is always the worst the second day that's for sure.
A lot of walking around at work kept me going for the day. My favourite part of the day was playing some sports with the little one. We started off with some basketball
Tennis is by far our favourite sport to play together
I was strong enough to turn these down today. The lead up to Xmas is hard!!!
Thanks for stopping by today. My aim tomorrow is to back up strong following a rest day. Rest day is super important but it's important to maintain a solid eating regime.
